Are the Flexi Clips nickel free?
No, All Flexi clips are plated first with a copper base, then nickel. The nickel is what gives the item its silver appearance. If another finish is used to complete it such as antique brass or antique gold, then that is the final plating finish.
Does the gold, silver or antique brass finish "turn"?
All plated products eventually turn. The reason our clips are such a great value is we plate them to keep the cost down. Our legions of fans recognize this and have found that the "turned" versions actually have an antique look to them that makes the Flexi Clip look vintage.
The antique nickel version will keep its finish much longer so if you are concerned about the "turn", you might want to consider that finish.

How can I identify the size of a Flexi clip?
For all newer Flexi hair clips, it should be pretty easy to identify its size. However from time to time you might run into older unmarked clips. The following are the ways to determine the size of any Flexi clip.
Mini- None
Extra Small - XS
Small - SM
Medium - MD
Large - LG
Extra Large - XL
Mega - XXL
Mini- 2 inches (5cm)
Extra Small - 2.75 inches (7cm)
Small - 3.25 inches (8.25cm)
Medium - 3.75 inches (9.5cm)
Large - 4.25 inches (10.8cm)

What size Flexi hair clip should I get?

Mini - Our smallest clip, recommended for baby fine hair or pulling back just a little bit of hair. If your ponytail is an extra small, you will use the mini for a 'Half-up'.
Extra Small- The extra small was designed for those with very fine hair who want to do styles like the Ponytail and Tails-up. Also works for most women's Half-ups.
Small- Smalls are the most common size for a Ponytail with fine hair. Those who have thick hair and use a medium or large for a Ponytail will use the small for a Half-up.
Medium- The medium is best for those with thick hair and want to do a Ponytail or a Tails Up. If your Ponytail is a small, the medium is great for a French Twist or Up & Down.
Large- If you've very thick hair (wavy, curly, or straight, but very thick) you can use the large for a Ponytail or Tails Up. If you use a medium for your ponytail, then you can use a large your French Twist. You will want to use the extra large for very long thick hair.
Extra Large- Our extra large was designed for the Up Dos. When you watch the video of the Extra Long hair style you can see how this is used. Those with very thick hair (large ponytail size) can also use the extra large for the Up & Down or French Twist styles. Extremely rare will someone use the extra large for a ponytail. Those who use the mini, extra small, and small sizes will never need an extra large.
Mega- The Mega Flexi is the largest of our clips. This XXL clip can hold gigantic amounts of hair.

What is the sizing for the Flexi Flip?
The Flexi flip comes in three sizes and each clip is capable of holding three sizes of your typical Flexi Clip.
Small - Flexi size will be mini, extra small and small.
Medium - Flexi size will be extra small, small and medium.
Extra - Flexi size will be small, medium and extra large. Extra large size will vary upon hair thickness.
Flexi Flips are different than the classic Flexi Clips in that they are reversible, so that you can get THREE sizes with just ONE hair clip!
This helps you do multiple styles with just one hair clip, like a Ponytail, French Twist, and Half-up!

Does the Sport Flexi come in more than one size?
No, at this time the sport is only available in one size. The sport does hold 3 flexi clip sizes and works the same way as our Flexi Flip does. As of right now the sport will be equivalent to the size small Flip as shown above.

I am a Hair Stylist. Can I sell Lilla Rose in my Hair Salon?
Yes, you can sell Lilla Rose products in your hair salon. However, no product may be left out when you are not present during breaks, lunch, or days off. Brochures, Catalogs and banners may be left out while you are not present. If you have another hairstylist in your salon and they too wish to sell while you are not present, then both of you will need to be a consultant in order for product to be displayed. Your business partner can however hand out info for you if you desire.
What is a HOOM?
A Lilla Rose HOOM stands for "Have one on Me", which is a shopping credit of $17 "Lilla Bucks" that is deposited into a customers account to use on their next order. Hoom's may be given by your stylist as a special offer or incentive. They usually require a minimum order or can be won in giveaways that are sponsored by the stylist.
Please note: Your stylist will ask you for your name, address and an email address. This information is needed so that he/she may then create a customer account for you where they will then add the $17 Lilla Bucks that you will then be able to use on your next purchase.
